This document sets out all the conditions for using the tk34 platform. Please read it in full before creating an account.
General Provisions
1.1 Acceptance of Agreement
By registering an account on the tk34 platform, accessing the site, or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the tk34 platform.
1.2 Right to Amend
tk34 reserves the right to change, add to, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the site for any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken to mean that you have accepted the revised terms.
1.3 Applicable Law
These terms and conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through discussion.
Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account at tk34, you must be 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you declare that you meet the applicable age requirement. tk34 may request identification or other documents at any time to verify your age.
For users aged 21 and above only. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be returned.
2.2 One Account Only
Only one account is permitted per person, household, or IP address. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in all accounts being closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure. If any of your details change, please update them immediately from your account settings.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login details confidential. tk34 will never ask for your password by email or chat. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.
Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
tk34 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following mobile banking methods:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most popular mobile wallet
- Nagad — Digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service
- Upay — Digital payment service
3.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (the same for all methods). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. No transactions below these limits will be processed.
3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawals at tk34 are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, in exceptional circumstances due to the verification process or other reasons, it may take longer.
3.4 Withdrawal Conditions
Before submitting a withdrawal request, please ensure:
- Your account has been fully verified
- The deposited amount has been used to place at least one bet
- The wagering requirements for any applicable bonus have been met
- The withdrawal account is registered in the name of the owner of the depositing account
Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000. Or deposit ৳18,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳26,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 10x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined amount of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses may only be used on specified games
- Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met
- Using free bets to fulfil bonus requirements is not permitted unless specifically stated
- tk34 reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotion
- tk34 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of bonus abuse
VIP Program
5.1 Tier Details
The tk34 VIP program has four levels:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
5.2 Tier Upgrade Conditions
Players can move to a higher VIP tier through regular play and active participation on the platform. tk34 reserves full right to determine the timing, amount, and conditions of cashback payments.
5.3 Cashback Conditions
VIP cashback is calculated weekly and credited directly to the account. Separate wagering requirements may apply for withdrawing cashback. Cashback may be suspended if the account is inactive.
Prohibited Conduct
6.1 Fraudulent Activity
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:
- Using malicious software, bots, or automated programs
- Colluding with other players
- Chargebacks or payment fraud
- Money laundering or unlawful financial activity
- Bonus abuse or system exploitation
- Unauthorized access to another person's account
6.2 Consequences of Account Closure
If prohibited conduct is proven, tk34 may permanently close the account, forfeit deposited funds, and take legal action where necessary. The user will have no right to make any claim against this.
Responsible Gaming
